Adaptation of height differences

The level adjustment of protruding road installations is the prerequisite for a perfect winter service. If a cover protrudes above the level, the complete construction of the shaft will be damaged by the snow plow. Furthermore, the risk of “flying manhole covers” should not be underestimated.

Whether it concerns covers of drinking water, sewage, control, cable or duct shafts, almost every shaft construction projects beyond the road level after a few years.

The difference in level is usually caused by the fact that the adjoining asphalt is stuck over time, the shaft construction, however, stops at the original height.

What happens if it
is not renovated?

If protruding installations are not directly adapted to the street level, the entire structure will be affected. Furthermore, the covers provide a potential projectile for clearance vehicles.

Every year, "flying covers" cause several personal injury accidents, which the road operator is liable for.

The main field of application of the mortar system HAAS^® HP4-3K is the alignment and contraction of protruding internals.

The product develops an enormous liability to the old stock, can be pulled out on grain size or "to zero" and is already fully loadable after shortest time, whereby the shut-off times are very low.
